ClearPath is a financial wellness application that provides AI-powered coaching, spending tracking, budgeting tools, and emotional money insights. ClearPath is not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or investment service. Our AI coaching is for informational and motivational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ClearPath. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@joinclearpath.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ClearPath is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
ClearPath offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription at $9.99 per month.
New Premium subscribers may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged the monthly subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time through your Profile settings.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through Profile → Manage Subscription or by emailing hello@joinclearpath.io.
Free tier users are limited to 10 AI coach messages per month. Premium features including AI spending insights, debt payoff calculator, export reports, and unlimited coaching are available to Premium subscribers only.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
If you connect your bank account through Plaid, you authorize ClearPath to receive read-only access to your account information. This connection can be revoked at any time through your Profile settings. ClearPath cannot initiate transactions or move money from your accounts.
ClearPath provides financial wellness tools and AI coaching for educational and motivational purposes only. Nothing in the app constitutes professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making significant financial decisions.
ClearPath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated coaching responses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided by the app.
All content, features, and functionality of ClearPath — including but not limited to the design, code, text, graphics, and AI coaching system — are owned by ClearPath and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Your continued use of ClearPath after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
